Stanford Hall, near Lutterworth, opens its doors for Christmas from Friday 10 to Monday 14 December 2026. Each visit is a guided tour of the house followed by a homemade afternoon tea in the Green Drawing Room, at £35 a person, or £15 for children under 14. Tickets must be booked in advance, and the hall says booking opens this autumn.
It is the only house opening left on the hall’s 2026 events list.

When else the house is open
Stanford Hall is a private house and opens on set dates only. Its 2026 events list shows the house and grounds opening in late March and early April, on a handful of event days through the summer, and then not again until the December festive teas. The only other date left on this year’s list is the Bushcraft weekend with Ray Mears on 10 and 11 October. (Stanford Hall 2026 events list; Visit us)
The hall’s visit page says its next open days “will take place in December 2026, alongside our Festive Afternoon Tea event”, so the December dates are also the chance to see the house if you missed the spring openings.
